Had to ask the person taking our order to repeat every question they asked about how we wanted our order because she spoke so fast & didn't enunciate well enough. When our order was ready they then left it sitting on the front counter , didn't even call the number to let us know it was our food that was done. Leaving our food to get cold. Napkin holder empty, soda dispenser out of order. Ordered an ice coffee instead. Overall experience.... We weren't impressed.

No, CARL'S JR. just bring food to your home via GRUB HUB or other "delivery" foods (I don't remember the word) services. Many times the order is necessary to have "minimal total order." I hope my answers help your questions.
